Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Defects
If the reason for return is due to a product defect on fault of RodTrees.com we will send a replacement out free of charge. Contact us to let us know of your issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Full refunds will be granted if requested within 72 hours of payment. Any returns past 72 hours of payment will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Cancellations
You may cancel up to 72 hours from your order time to receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs after 72 hours the order will be refunded minus a 25% re-stocking fee.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
All of our branded products (except clothing) are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
All shipping to the Warranty Repair Department must be pre-paid and insured. RodTrees.com will not be liable for in-bound packages that are lost.
